Welcome to Cedarlee
Cedarlee is a cedar-clad, two bedroom cottage on the island of Rousay, in Orkney.
Completed in November 2011, Cedarlee is situated five minutes walk from Rousay pier.
It enjoys panoramic views over farmland to the sea, and beyond to Wyre, Gairsay and the Orkney mainland.
Cedarlee sleeps 4-6, with a spacious open-plan sitting room and well-equipped dining kitchen, with cathedral ceiling. There is one twin bedroom and one double, which is ensuite, as well as a generous bathroom. The sofa-bed in the sitting room sleeps two. A travel cot and highchair are also available.
Cedarlee has solid oak floors throughout and has modern, environmentally friendly, air-to-water central heating. As it was recently constructed, it is also extremely well-insulated.
An all-networks mobile phone signal booster is installed, ensuring a good signal inside Cedarlee, and there is also a WiFi broadband internet connection.
All linen and towels are provided, as well as a welcome pack.
